Lovelily Studio wants to take the stress out of your big day – from invitations to day-of needs – and make it fun, easy, and exciting. Our mission is to provide you with completely custom, individualized invitations and to work with you hand-in-hand the entire time to make sure you are more than happy with the outcome. With your vision, tone, colors, budget, and unique wedding in mind, Lovelily will make your invitation process as stress-free and fun as possible!
THIS IS HOW WE DO IT:
Step 1: Let's chat!
The first step in our partnership is to set up a time to chat or meet in person. We will talk about your vision – what you are looking for in a suite, colors, styles you love and what the overall look is that you want for your big day.
Step 2: Takin' care of business
Once we talk and have an idea of what you are looking for, I will create an estimate for you to review. I require a 25% deposit to begin the design process as a lot of the services and supplies must be paid for up front. Once a deposit and signed contract is received, a copy will be emailed to you for your records along with a timeline to review. The timeline will keep us on track and on the same page throughout the process. A visual mood board will also be included for you to review to make sure we are aligned in your vision.
Step 3: Talk the talk
After all the dirty work is done, I'll start on the pretty stuff. To start – I'll need your wording for you invitations and other cards. This will include all names, dates, times, locations, any hotel/travel accommodations, food choices, RSVP date, and general language style on your cards. If you are unsure, samples can be provided upon request.
Step 4: Time to roll up the sleeves
Once we have all the information from you it's time to design your invitation! 2-3 design options will be sent as PDF proofs to review. If you don’t love any of them, please let us know. We want our couples to be just as in love with their invitation suite as they are with each other. And we will not settle for less. Once an invitation is chosen, we will design the accompanying pieces for you to review.
Step 5: Proof it
We did it! You are madly in love with your invitation suite! Now we are ready for printing. It is VERY IMPORTANT to proofread all the pieces in your suite. Lovelily Studio is not responsible for any errors after the suite is approved and in production. The final proof will be sent to you to sign, snap a pic and email back for our records. A final invoice will also be sent at this time.
Step 6: Put the champagne on ice!
Once we are all set, your invitation will be sent off for final printing! Standard printing takes 1 week plus an additional 2 weeks for assembly. Specialty printing takes 2 weeks plus an additional 2 weeks for assembly. When your suite is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. During this time all that will be required of you will be to pay the final 75% of your invoice within 2 weeks of receiving it (the date will be highlighted on your invoice).
Step 7: Programs, escort cards, and more
In the hope to keep your paper products visually similar, Lovelily also offers day-of wedding materials. This includes, but is not limited to, programs, escort cards, table numbers, his and her/Mrs. and Mr. signage, specialty cocktail signs, and any welcome signs.
